We've got a comfortable meeting area where we can sketch ideas over coffee and actually see material samples in natural light. Street parking can be tricky, but there's a parkade next door.

Getting Here
Public Transit

Take the #10 bus to Granville & 13th. We're a 2-minute walk from there. Canada Line's also pretty close if you're coming from the airport.

Driving

Street parking's metered but there's usually spots. The Pacific Centre parkade is right next door if you want guaranteed parking.

Cycling

Bike racks out front. We've got a shower in the building if you need it after your ride.

Frequently Asked Questions

Stuff people usually ask before reaching out

Honestly, it varies a ton depending on what you're after. Residential projects usually start around $15K for design services, while commercial work can range quite a bit more. During our first meeting, we'll give you a clearer picture once we understand your specific needs and scope.

Most custom homes take about 3-4 months for the design phase, then another few months for permits. Construction's a whole other timeline that depends on your builder. We've seen projects wrap up in 8 months and others take 18 - it really comes down to complexity and how decisive you are with selections.

Yeah, we've done projects all over BC and occasionally beyond. For sites further out, we just build in travel costs and make sure we can visit the site enough times to do the job right. We've made it work for projects on the islands and up in Whistler.

Yep, we're fully licensed with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia. We carry professional liability insurance and stay current with all continuing education requirements. You can verify our credentials on the AIBC website if you want.

That's great - bring 'em! We love seeing what you've been thinking about. It gives us a starting point and helps us understand your style. We'll work with your ideas and refine them into something buildable that meets code and actually functions the way you need it to.
