Our Work Speaks

Real projects, real people, real impact - here's what we've been up to lately

Every building tells a story. Some scream sustainability from the rooftops, others whisper heritage through their bones. We've spent years creating spaces that actually mean something to the folks who use 'em. From cozy family homes to commercial spots that don't make you wanna run away - it's all here.

Westridge Passive House

Westridge Passive House

Honestly one of our proudest builds. This family wanted net-zero energy without sacrificing the warm feel of home. We integrated triple-pane windows, solar panels that don't look like an eyesore, and a geothermal system that basically runs itself. The kids love the sunroom - it stays toasty even in February.

Granville Tech Hub

Granville Tech Hub

Tech companies talk a big game about being green, but this client actually walked the walk. We designed a LEED Platinum office space with biophilic elements throughout - living walls, natural light optimization, and collaborative zones that don't feel forced. The rooftop garden's become the favorite lunch spot apparently.

Kitsilano Family Residence

Kitsilano Family Residence

Three generations under one roof sounds chaotic, right? But we made it work with smart zoning - separate entrances, soundproofing that actually works, and shared spaces that bring everyone together without forcing it. The grandparents' suite gets morning sun, the kids' playroom stays contained, and the main living area flows like butter.

Gastown Warehouse Conversion

Gastown Warehouse Conversion

This 1910 brick warehouse had good bones but zero modern functionality. We kept the exposed brick and timber beams everyone loves but snuck in radiant heating, updated electrical without tearing everything apart, and created loft spaces that feel authentic - not like those fake industrial knockoffs you see everywhere.

Yaletown Boutique Retail

Yaletown Boutique Retail

Small footprint, big personality. The owners wanted a space that'd make people stop scrolling on their phones and actually come inside. We played with natural materials, created an Instagram-worthy facade (yeah, we said it), and maximized every square inch without making it feel cramped. Sales went up 40% in the first quarter after opening.

Lynn Valley Green Home

Lynn Valley Green Home

Built this one for a couple of environmental scientists who knew exactly what they wanted - and weren't afraid to call us out if we cut corners. Rainwater harvesting, reclaimed wood throughout, and a green roof that's actually thriving. The house pretty much takes care of itself at this point. They've had hummingbirds nesting up there for two seasons running.

Main Street Bistro

Main Street Bistro

Restaurants are tough - you gotta balance atmosphere with functionality while the kitchen staff's yelling at you about workflow. We created an open kitchen concept that's actually practical, acoustic panels that look like art, and a patio setup that extends the season by like two months. The chef still emails us photos of packed Friday nights.

Whistler Mountain Retreat

Whistler Mountain Retreat

Yeah, it's a vacation home, but we didn't go full bougie with it. The clients wanted something that felt connected to the mountain, not plopped on top of it. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the views without turning the place into a fishbowl, and the materials age gracefully with the alpine weather. It's cozy when it needs to be, expansive when you want it.

Victory Square Office Restoration

Victory Square Office Restoration

This 1920s building was basically held together by paint and prayers. We stripped it down carefully, preserved the original terrazzo floors and plaster moldings, then made it actually habitable for modern office use. The heritage committee loved us for once. Now it's a creative agency's headquarters and they're throwing open houses just to show off the space.

Fraser Street Laneway House

Fraser Street Laneway House

Laneway houses are huge in Vancouver but most feel like glorified sheds. We proved you can pack a lot of living into 650 square feet without it feeling like a sardine can. Smart storage everywhere, a murphy bed that doesn't scream "murphy bed," and enough natural light to make you forget you're basically in someone's backyard. The tenant's been there three years and keeps renewing.

Got a project brewing?

Whether it's a complete redesign or just some wild idea you've been sketching on napkins, let's talk about it. We've probably tackled something similar - or we're itching to try something new.
